Cookie Policy
Effective May 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies 28 Peptides uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make sites work and to remember preferences. We use first-party cookies (set by our own domain) only — we do not use cookies to deliver cross-site advertising.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function — to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and record your cookie preference and age-gate confirmation. These cannot be turned off without breaking the Site.
- Functional cookies support optional features such as remembering a referral link so the right customer is credited. You can opt out of these in the consent banner; the Site still works, but the related feature won't.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, social-media, or third-party tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and surface the change in the consent banner before any such cookies are set.
3. Cookies in detail
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| psh_age_ok | Strictly necessary | Records that you confirmed you are 21+ and accept the research-use-only terms, so the age gate doesn't reappear every visit. | 1 year |
| psh_cookie_consent | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie preference (accept all or essential only) so we can honor it. | 1 year |
| Authentication session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in after you log in. Set by our authentication system and required for any signed-in feature (account, orders, support). | Session / up to 30 days |
| Cart session | Strictly necessary | Lets you add items to a cart and check out as a guest or signed-in customer. | Session / up to 30 days |
| psh_ref | Functional | If you arrive via a referral link, remembers the referring customer so that any welcome discount and referral reward are credited correctly when you sign up. | 30 days |
4. Your choices
When you first visit the Site, a banner asks whether you accept all cookies or only the strictly necessary ones. You can change your mind at any time:
- Click Manage cookie preferences in the site footer (or use the link below) to reopen the banner.
- Most browsers also let you clear or block cookies in their settings. Doing this may sign you out, empty your cart, and reset your preferences.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret it, we do not currently respond to those signals. We instead rely on the consent banner and the choices described above.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes — for example, adding a new category of cookie — will be surfaced in the consent banner before taking effect.
