Shipping Policy
Effective May 28, 2026
This policy explains how, when, and where we ship orders from 28 Peptides, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to change it once an order has entered fulfillment.
2. Processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Orders paid by card are typically confirmed instantly; orders paid by cryptocurrency or by a manual method (such as a wire) are processed once funds are confirmed received. Processing may take longer during holidays, weather events, or unusual order volume.
3. Carriers and methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx with tracking. The methods available at checkout depend on your destination and the size of your order. Tracking information is emailed to you once a label is created and is also available from your order page after sign-in.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the method you select. Any promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping over a threshold) are applied automatically when they apply to your cart.
5. Packaging
Lyophilized research peptides are packaged to protect them in transit and shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Cold-pack protection is included where appropriate.
6. Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your package to the carrier. Carriers are responsible for the parcel while it is in transit and for delivery to the address provided. Where a carrier confirms delivery to the address on file, the package is the responsibility of the recipient.
7. If something goes wrong
Damaged, wrong, or missing item? Email cs@28peptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, labels, and damage (if any). See our refund & returns policy for the full process.
For packages that show no tracking movement for an extended period, or that show delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where the carrier confirms loss in transit, we will replace or refund the order.
8. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or refused, we will contact you. We can reship at the customer's expense or refund the merchandise total less any shipping and handling already incurred.
9. Refused or unsuccessful delivery
If delivery is refused at the destination, or if a carrier's redelivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, the same options as in the previous section apply.

Shipments are made for the purpose of supplying in-vitro research materials only. See our RUO policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
