These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 28 Peptides website (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from us. The Site is operated by AP Research LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as 28 Peptides (“AP Research LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Site and purchase products only if you are at least 21 years of age and are purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Site and any products purchased complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to place orders and access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent purchase limits, supply false information, or are associated with abusive chargeback activity.

3. Research-use-only sales

By placing an order you confirm that products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research, that you will handle and store them in accordance with standard laboratory practice, and that you will not resell or redistribute them for any consumer, therapeutic, food, or veterinary use. The current research-use-only attestation version is recorded with each order at checkout.

4. Products, pricing, and taxes

Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes. We try to keep them accurate but do not warrant that they are error-free. Availability and pricing may change without notice.

Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and, where applicable, are inclusive of any sales tax required to be collected. The total at checkout is the amount payable. Sales tax for taxable orders is calculated and remitted as required by law.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract until we accept and confirm the order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including, for example, where we suspect fraud, where stock is insufficient, where a pricing or availability error has occurred, or where the order does not comply with these Terms.

We may accept payment by credit or debit card, cryptocurrency, or other methods enabled at checkout (collectively, “Payment Methods”). For card payments, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the Payment Method for the order total. For cryptocurrency and manual-payment methods, your order is reserved pending confirmation of funds within the stated reservation window; orders not confirmed within that window may be automatically cancelled and stock released.

6. Promotions, discounts, and store credit

Discount codes, welcome offers, store credit, and referral rewards are subject to the terms published with each offer and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise stated, codes and credit:

• Have no cash value and are not transferable.
• May not be combined with other offers and may be limited to one per customer or per order.
• Cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
• May be reversed where the underlying order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, or where the offer was obtained through fraud or self-referral.

Store credit applied to an order that is later cancelled or refunded is restored to your account automatically.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to addresses you provide at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. 8. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

All sales are final once an order ships, except as described in our refund & returns policy. Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AP Research LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Purchase or use products for human or animal consumption or any non-research purpose.
• Resell or redistribute products for any consumer, food, or therapeutic use.
• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation applicable to you.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems, or to interfere with their operation.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data from the Site without our permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where required by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that products will achieve any particular research result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AP Research LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AP Research LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, including your misuse of products contrary to the research-use-only restriction.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the section below, you and AP Research LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
