Refund & Returns Policy
28 Peptides (operated by AP Research LLC) sells research peptides intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory use. Because of the nature of these materials, our standard policy is that all sales are final once an order ships. We will, however, make things right when an order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete.
1. All sales final
We do not accept returns of products once shipped — whether sealed, opened, or used — except where required by law or where one of the eligible-claim situations below applies. Peptides are sensitive laboratory materials whose handling history we cannot verify after delivery, so returned material cannot be resold.
2. When we'll make it right
If your order arrives with any of the following, you may submit a claim:
- Damaged in transit — visibly broken vials, compromised packaging, or material that arrived in a condition that prevents normal laboratory use.
- Wrong item — the product, strength, or quantity received does not match what you ordered.
- Missing item — a line item from your order is missing from the parcel you received.
Claim window: 48 hours from delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time. Claims received after that window are not eligible.
3. How to file a claim
Email cs@28peptides.com within the claim window with the following so we can resolve it quickly:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the shipping box, inner packaging, product labels, and any visible damage.
- The lot number on the vial label, if applicable.
If you have a customer account, you may instead start a support thread from your account, which automatically links to your order.
4. Resolutions
For an approved claim we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment of the affected item(s).
- Store credit equal to the affected portion of the order.
- A refund to your original payment method for the affected portion of the order.
If your order was paid in part with store credit, any credit applied to the refunded portion is automatically restored to your 28 Peptides account.
5. Situations that are not eligible
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour window.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier where the carrier's investigation does not confirm loss. Stolen packages, once tracking confirms delivery, are the responsibility of the carrier and the recipient.
- Preference-based requests (changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing, etc.).
- Refused deliveries or packages returned to us as undeliverable. We can reship at the customer's expense or refund the merchandise total less any shipping and handling already incurred.
6. Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your order has not moved for an extended period, or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where the carrier confirms loss, we will replace the order or refund it. Where the carrier confirms delivery, please refer to the section above.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order is packed or marked shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order was paid with store credit or a referral reward, that credit is restored to your account on cancellation.
8. Chargebacks and billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at cs@28peptides.com. We can almost always resolve billing concerns directly and more quickly than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and, where the dispute is found to be unwarranted, may result in your account being closed.
9. Research-use-only
Nothing in this policy changes the research-use-only nature of our products. See our RUO policy for details on permitted use.
