Subscriber Agreement

Effective May 28, 2026

This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your subscription to email communications from 28 Peptides, operated by AP Research LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By providing your email address and choosing to subscribe, you agree to receive the communications described below and to the terms of this Agreement.

Transactional emails are separate. Order confirmations, shipment notices, password resets, receipts, and replies to your own support messages are part of operating your account and your orders. Unsubscribing from our marketing list does not opt you out of those messages while you have an active account or open order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and lawfully able to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction. The Site and our communications are intended for adults conducting in-vitro laboratory research.

2. What you'll receive

When you subscribe, you may receive emails covering things such as:

  • New product releases, restocks, and updates to our catalog.
  • Promotions, discount codes, store-credit offers, and seasonal sales.
  • Educational content related to our research-use-only products.
  • Occasional announcements about 28 Peptides.

We try to keep volume reasonable and the content relevant. There is no fixed schedule and the frequency may vary.

3. Consent and how we collect your email

We add an email address to our marketing list only when someone affirmatively enters it on the Site and submits a subscribe action. We do not subscribe customers to marketing emails automatically when they create an account or place an order.

4. Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send includes a clearly labeled unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time and your request will be honored promptly. You may also email cs@28peptides.com to be removed from the list. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails (see above).

5. How we use your email address

Your email address is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to send the communications described in section 2, to maintain the subscription, and to honor your preferences.

6. We do not sell or rent the list

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share our marketing list with third parties for their own marketing. We share email addresses only with email-delivery providers that send messages on our behalf and that are bound to use the information only for that purpose.

7. CAN-SPAM and accurate identification

Our marketing emails will identify 28 Peptides (operated by AP Research LLC) as the sender, use accurate subject lines, include a clearly identifiable physical mailing address, and provide an easy way to opt out. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws applicable to commercial email.

8. Promotions, discount codes, and store credit

Promotions distributed by email are subject to their own published terms and to our Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, codes and credits have no cash value, are not transferable, may be limited in time and quantity, and may be revoked where obtained through fraud, abuse, or self-referral.

9. Forwarding and sharing

You may forward individual marketing emails to colleagues for non-commercial reference. You may not repost, distribute, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

10. Accuracy of your email address

You agree to provide an accurate email address and to update it (or unsubscribe) if it changes or you no longer wish to receive messages. We are not responsible for emails sent to an address you provided but no longer monitor.

11. Removal at our discretion

We may remove an address from the marketing list at any time, including where the address is invalid, where messages bounce repeatedly, where we suspect the address was added without the owner's consent, or where the subscriber is using our communications in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

12. Research-use-only

Our marketing emails relate to products sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing in any email constitutes medical, veterinary, nutritional, or dosing advice. See our RUO policy.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a marketing email or a posting on the Site.

14. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
