Research Use Only Policy

This Research Use Only Policy (“RUO Policy”) governs the sale and use of all products offered by 28 Peptides. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any product purchased from us, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Definitions

• “Research use only” or “RUO” means use solely for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, characterization, and development by qualified personnel.
• “In-vitro” means in a controlled laboratory environment — for example, in a test tube, plate, dish, or cell culture — and outside of any living human or animal organism.
• “Products” means the peptides, reference materials, and related items offered for sale on the Site.

2. Regulatory status

Products are sold as research chemicals. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any other regulatory authority for any therapeutic indication. No statement made on this Site has been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.

We make no claims regarding safety, efficacy, biological activity, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the use of the material as a laboratory research reagent.

3. Permitted use

Products may be used only by qualified personnel for in-vitro laboratory research and development consistent with this policy and applicable law. Permitted activities include characterization, analytical work, and use as a reference material in laboratory experiments. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that any specific intended use is lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited uses

Without limiting any other prohibition in our Terms & Conditions, you agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to:

• Administer or apply any product to a human being or to any animal — including yourself, another person, a patient, livestock, a companion animal, or any other living organism.
• Ingest, inhale, inject, or apply any product to skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
• Use any product as, in, or in connection with a food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, tobacco product, or medical device.
• Use any product for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition.
• Compound any product into a finished product intended for consumer use.
• Repackage, relabel, or resell any product as a consumer good, a supplement, or for any non-research use.
• Make or distribute claims about the safety, efficacy, or biological activity of any product, including in advertising or on social media.
• Provide or rely on any product for dosing, therapeutic, or veterinary advice.
• Use any product in a manner that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, or regulation.

5. Buyer representations and attestation

By placing an order, you represent and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research and development, on behalf of yourself as a qualified researcher or as the agent of an entity that is so qualified.
• You have the legal authority to receive and handle the products in the jurisdiction to which they are shipped.
• You will store, handle, and dispose of the products in accordance with standard laboratory practice and applicable law.
• You will not use, or allow anyone else to use, the products for any purpose prohibited by this RUO Policy.

These representations are recorded with each order at checkout. The version of the attestation in effect at the time of your order is identified by an attestation version number (2026-05-20.v1 as of the effective date above).

6. No medical, dosing, or therapeutic advice

Nothing on the Site, in our communications, in product descriptions, or in any educational material we publish constitutes medical, veterinary, nutritional, pharmaceutical, or dosing advice. We do not employ medical professionals to advise on personal use of products and we will not respond to questions about doses, cycles, stacks, or protocols for human or animal use. Such questions are inconsistent with research-use-only sale and will not be answered.

7. Storage, handling, and disposal

Use clean technique and appropriate personal protective equipment. Store products in accordance with the conditions specified for the product (see our storage & handling guide). Dispose of any unused material, packaging, and laboratory waste in accordance with your institution's standard operating procedures and all applicable environmental and hazardous-materials laws.

8. Resale and redistribution

You may not resell or redistribute products as a consumer good, a supplement, a cosmetic, a therapeutic, or for any other non-research purpose. If you redistribute products to other qualified researchers in a research capacity, you remain responsible for ensuring that each downstream recipient agrees to terms no less restrictive than this RUO Policy.

9. Compliance with law

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of the products, including without limitation laws governing controlled substances, biological agents, importation, export, environmental and waste handling, and laboratory safety. Some compounds may be regulated in your jurisdiction even though they are sold to you as research materials; it is your responsibility to verify before ordering.

10. Our right to refuse or cancel

We may decline, cancel, or unwind any order, and may close any account, where we believe in good faith that an order or account is inconsistent with this RUO Policy, with our Terms & Conditions, or with applicable law. Examples include requests for dosing or therapeutic information, indications that the products are intended for human or animal use, or attempts to resell as a consumer good.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AP Research LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use, handling, distribution, or disposal of the products, including any misuse contrary to this RUO Policy.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where required by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will achieve any particular research result.

13. Survival

Sections of this RUO Policy that by their nature should survive — including representations and attestation, prohibited uses, indemnification, disclaimer of warranties, and compliance with law — survive any cancellation, refund, account closure, or other termination.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this RUO Policy from time to time. The effective date and attestation version at the top of this page reflect the current revision. The version recorded with each order at checkout is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the Site or of any product after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for future orders.
